Components Cinepaq 3100 combines HiFi-capable Theater 100 speakers with the powerful CP 5100 DR Teufel DVD receiver and the AC 3025 cable set. Receiver The CP 5100 DR combines into one elegant whole the functionality of a 5.1 amplifier with a surround sound decoder, an AM/FM radio and a DVD player for all common formats. Amplifier With 80 watts RMS output per channel in Class D technology, the CP 5100 DR and Theater 100 comes with enough reserves to easily fill spaces up to 35 sqm with rich sound. The integrated Dolby Digital/DTS-Decoder guarantees the faithful rendering of 5.1 sound and enhances the spatiality of stereo audio sources. Radio The RDS tuner features 30 AM/FM memory slots, making it possible to comfortably switch between stations using the included remote control, which also controls the devices' other functions. DVD Player The Cinepaq 3100's integrated DVD drive reads numerous common picture and sound formats. Its powerful video scaler reconfigures the image format to the optimal resolution for a television with a maximum of 1080p. Terminals In addition to modern HDMI ports (Version 1.3a), SCART, S-Video, component and composite terminals are included for input and output. Four digital audio inputs (coaxial and optical) make connections to additional playback devices. A USB port is included to play back files from an MP3 player or USB stick. Front loudspeakers The two-way satellites of the front left and right positions (130 mm mid-to-low range driver and a 25 mm fabric dome tweeter) are housed in upright 5 litre wooden enclosures. The horizontal center speaker's tweeter is externally perched on the enclosure's top surface, catching the eye and guaranteeing identical sound from the entire front row of speakers. Rear loudspeakers Thanks to the Cinepaq 3100's rear dipole speakers, you can enjoy realistic and gripping sound effects just as if you were at the cinema. Each rear dipole houses twice as many speakers as the satellites do, with sound being projected both forwards and backwards. Indirect, atmospheric sound is generated for a cinematic experience. Subwoofer Cinepaq 3100 boasts the compact T 1000 SW subwoofer with a Class D amplifier and 250 mm bass driver. Let the bass rip down to 33 Hz at -3 dB. Harmony Teufel's CP 5100 DR DVD receiver is shipped pre-calibrated to optimally match the Cinepaq 3100 speakers. This makes setting up the system considerably easier. Save compared to the purchase of separate components. A Teufel cable with a 1.0 mm² cross sectional area is recommend for multimedia systems and less expensive home cinema systems where only short distances need to be covered. OFC copper The massive copper cables (subwoofer and loudspeaker cables) are made from oxygen-free copper with >99.99% purity so that oxidation will not in any way weaken the cable or hinder its transmission abilities. Copper with a high degree of purity is specially treated in order to create a robust cable capable of transmitting transparent sound free form colouration. More wire strands per cable Each of the loudspeaker and subwoofer cables contain an especially high number of strands for extra flexibility and conductivity. Robust jacket The extremely robust yet flexible outer jacket protects the high-quality cable inside. The positive pole is indicated.
