We usually focus on what we do best: Making high-quality speakers and headphones with powerful sound for music lovers from all over the world.
However, it is not only our love of good sound that shapes our actions. At this point, we would like to familiarise you with our principles, for which the brand stands and which are lived by all Teufel employees on a daily basis - on both a large and small scale:
Like our home city of Berlin, we have stood for openness, tolerance and cultural diversity for over 40 years.
The Teufel family is colourful. This sets new impulses and strengthens the creative processes in our team. Our attitude to diversity is not an empty phrase, but an important part of our corporate culture. To set an important example, we have therefore signed the Diversity Charter.
We say no to propaganda, incitement, insults and discrimination and reject them in all clarity. We stand for the courage to go one's own way and to live out one's own individuality. We do not support any parties, political groups or ideologies. Nevertheless, we have no influence on who buys our products and for what purpose they are used. It is also not legally possible to prohibit the use of our products.
The sound makes the music
Whether in the digital space, in exchanges with colleagues or in the area of external communication, in the world of Teufel we treat each other with respect and see each other as equals. As a free-spirited company, we stand for freedom of opinion and welcome lively exchanges on our social channels, as this enables us to respond to your wishes and constantly optimise our offering.
